About us

Our family business started in 2025 with the conversion of our home into a private residence. Located in the hills of Gödöllő, next to the famous Vácrátó arboretum, our house with its extraordinary lake panorama is ideal for up to 6 people and up to one dog in a fenced kennel of about 35-40 sqm at the street front.

The house is open all year round. The entire area of the villa will be used exclusively by you and your family, with no other guests unknown to you sharing the pool or common areas.

On the upper level of the house you will find 3 bedrooms, a bath with bathtub, a huge terrace from which you can enjoy the summer stargazing and the frogs' purring with your family. Downstairs there is a large eat-in kitchen, small utility room and a cozy living room with leather sofa and air conditioning for large family conversations or board games, some of which are available throughout the house. Also on the lower level is a piano which can be put to good use by capable hands. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and all the basic utensils needed for baking, cooking and eating. There is also a covered terrace on the lower level, with a dining table and a garden seating area.

We welcome families, small groups of friends with small children, grandparents, who would like to spend a few days of relaxation and recharging near the fishing lake of őrbottyán in the hope of being close to nature, relaxing peace, dewy mornings and starlit nights.

In front of the house there is free parking for 4 cars.

The whole house is a smoke-free zone.
