Spend an unforgettable holiday in our beautiful villa with pool, pond, baby- and dog-friendly, in the resort area of Őrbottyán, next to the fishing lake!
Our carefully formed garden will provide you with a relaxing, peaceful and intimate evening atmosphere. Our swimming pool is a pleasant place to cool off on hot summer days, but if you want to enjoy the calming view of the lake, you only have to walk 5 minutes.

On the upper level there are 3 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 6 people. All rooms have double beds. Our thick and comfortable mattresses and soft and fluffy bed linen ensure a restful night's sleep. Small kids and babys are also welcome. A baby bed, blanket, baby bath, towels and toys are provided. There are also some toys and coloring pages for bigger children.
There is a wardrobe in each room, a desk and chairs in two rooms, and a small sofa in the hall and a bookshelf full of books to help you relax. The books are free to read. There is also a TV in the green bedroom.
In addition to the upstairs rooms, you can relax in the air-conditioned living room on the lower level, where a large-screen TV with 144 channels and HBO and YouTube subscriptions is located on the leather sofa. Free broadband WIFI is also available.
The villa has a 90-sqm interior and a further 60 sqm of terraces outside, and is open all year round. The entire area of the villa will be used exclusively by you and your family, with no other guests unknown to you sharing the pool or common areas. The ornamental garden, swimming pool, barbecue and playground, covering over 700 square metres, will ensure your relaxation.
Each level of the house are air-conditioned, so the building is also pleasantly cool even on hot summernights. If you wish, you can use the sunshades on the upper terrace. If it's cold outside, you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace or underfloor heating,
You will have your own key to the building, so you don't have to adapt to anyone.
Garden, pool, barbecue, sport...
From the terrace below, you can access the carefully formed garden and the pool, which is a fantastic place for children and adults to relax. The pool is about 120 cm deep, 7.5 m long and 3.5-4.5 m wide. Its water is heated by the nowadays very strong sunshine and does not cool down in the evening thanks to its professional design.
If the family gets tired of the pool, there are sun loungers by the pool for relaxing or sunbathing. The stone barbecue in the garden offers the opportunity to grill or cook, and after preparing fresh food, you can dine on the terrace in the pleasant shade.
Children can run riot on the small playground at the end of the garden, and if they're tired, they can munch on the raspberry, blackberry and currant bushes, or if they're lucky, can get from peach and plum fruit!
Four bicycles are available for free of charge if you would like to discover the sorrounding of Őrbottyán.

Őrbottyán is located extremly close to Hungaroring, Mogyoród and halfway between Gödöllő and Vác. 5 minutes by car from our residence the nationally renowned Vácrátót arboretum, which is wonderful in winter and summer, is right next door, making Villa Limhamn an excellent starting point for any day. The surrounding area is full of horse farms, vast meadows and fields, forests, and you can even go fishing in complete peace and quiet by buying a day ticket at the fishing lake. On summer nights, the lake is often almost full with many people enjoying the fishing. The lake is almost completely circular, so you can walk your dog, ride your bike or just take long walks.
On the shore of the lake, about 5 minutes walk from the house, you will find the Tópart Grill restaurant and snack bar. There is also a basic convenience store about 5 minutes' walk away

Approach:
By car from the M3, M2 motorway or via Fót and Csomád, from the main road at the brickworks bus turn-off to Fürdő street, where the second street on the right is Nyár street.
From Budapest-Ujpest centre by bus 314 or 315, 10 minutes walk.
By train from the Nyugati or Vác railway station from Őrbottyán railway station, 55 minutes walk.
